Document payments are non-refundable so please make sure you are sure that you require these documents. We process documents times during our business days, which are Mondays to Fridays. Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays do not count as business days. The processing times are as follows: Regular Processing - 7 business days Rush Processing - 3 business days (additional $20 fee must be paid) Our peak times are during the semester breaks, so document processing times may be longer than usual.
